Role Overview
The Campus Admission Manager will be responsible for managing on-campus admission operations, counseling prospective students and parents, driving admission conversions, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills to achieve admission targets and enhance the overall admissions journey.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Counseling
- Lead front-office admissions activities and ensure a superior experience for prospective students and parents.
- Counsel walk-in inquiries regarding programs, eligibility, scholarships, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Drive admission conversions by effectively engaging and guiding prospective students.
- Monitor daily admission inquiries, applications, and enrollment pipelines.
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor admission counselors, front-office executives, and support staff.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to improve team productivity.
Operations & Process Management
- Ensure smooth execution of admission processes, documentation, application verification, and enrollment formalities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and admission management systems.
- Coordinate with academic, finance, marketing, and operations teams for seamless student onboarding.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, coaching institutes, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the university during campus visits, admission events, seminars, and counseling sessions.
- Address escalated admission-related queries and concerns professionally.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track admission targets, conversion ratios, and counselor performance metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for leadership review.
- Analyze trends and recommend strategies to improve enrollment outcomes.
