Role Overview

The Campus Admission Manager will be responsible for managing on-campus admission operations, counseling prospective students and parents, driving admission conversions, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills to achieve admission targets and enhance the overall admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Counseling

  • Lead front-office admissions activities and ensure a superior experience for prospective students and parents.
  • Counsel walk-in inquiries regarding programs, eligibility, scholarships, career opportunities, and the admission process.
  • Drive admission conversions by effectively engaging and guiding prospective students.
  • Monitor daily admission inquiries, applications, and enrollment pipelines.

Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor admission counselors, front-office executives, and support staff.
  • Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to improve team productivity.

Operations & Process Management

  • Ensure smooth execution of admission processes, documentation, application verification, and enrollment formalities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and admission management systems.
  • Coordinate with academic, finance, marketing, and operations teams for seamless student onboarding.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, coaching institutes, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the university during campus visits, admission events, seminars, and counseling sessions.
  • Address escalated admission-related queries and concerns professionally.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track admission targets, conversion ratios, and counselor performance metrics.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for leadership review.
  • Analyze trends and recommend strategies to improve enrollment outcomes.
