About the Role -

We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with strong exposure to selling Executive Education programs for working professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in inside sales & counselling, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilties -

  • Engage with working professionals and senior executives to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable IIM/IIT programs.
  • Manage the entire counselling and sales lifecycle—from lead qualification, follow-up, and program explanation to enrolment closure.
  • Conduct structured telephonic/virtual counselling sessions with prospective learners.
  • Maintain accurate data and track interactions on CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Build strong product knowledge across all IIM/IIT Executive Education offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal program, marketing, and operations teams for smooth candidate experience.

Required Skills & Experience -

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in Executive Education / EdTech.
  • Strong background in selling Executive programs for working professionals.
  • Proven experience in inside sales + academic counselling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach and manage a long consultative sales cycle.
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation and closure capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office
