Automation Lead

Team members collaborate closely with clients to design, implement, and refine automation solutions that are measurable and results-driven.\n\nRole Description This is a full-time, remote role. The Automation Lead will oversee the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing current processes, defining automation opportunities, creating and reviewing test cases, and guiding the implementation of automated workflows.

The role involves leading troubleshooting efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality standards throughout the automation lifecycle. The Automation Lead will also mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement of tools, frameworks, and methodologies.\n\nQualifications\nStrong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with experience designing and implementing end-to-end automated workflows.\nProficiency in Troubleshooting complex automation issues, including root cause analysis and performance optimization.\nExperience creating, executing, and maintaining Test Cases as part of structured testing processes.\nSolid background in Quality Assurance, including test planning, defect management, and adherence to QA standards.\nHands-on experience with common automation tools or platforms (e.g., RPA tools, workflow engines, scripting languages).\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation designs.\nProven experience leading or coordinating technical teams, with strong collaboration and communication skills.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nFamiliarity with AI-driven automation concepts and integration with existing enterprise systems is an advantage.\nStrong documentation habits and commitment to best practices, security, and compliance in automation projects.
