Market\nLocation: Anywhere in India, Bengaluru highly preferred\nEducation: B. Tech / B.E in Engineering; additional MBA preferred\nExperience: 7 - 12 years total experience. 4 - 7 years’ experience selling Control & Automation Services to Plant Engineering and Automotive Customers in the U.S.\nDomain Knowledge: Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Power, Chemicals, Water and FMCG industries, Automotive, Special Purpose Machines\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nThe role will primarily focus on selling to:\nAutomotive System Integrators\nControl & Automation Integrators in Process Industries\nEnd-user Companies in Process Industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Water, Nuclear, FMCG)\nSpecial Purpose Machine (SPM) Manufacturers and OEMs in Automotive and Industrial sectors\n\nServices & Solutions Scope\n\nSelling end-to-end Plant Engineering services including:\nControl & Automation Engineering\nElectrical, Instrumentation & Controls\nPLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI\nRobotics & Industrial Automation\nSpecial Purpose Machines (SPM)\nIndustry 4.0, IoT & Digital Manufacturing\n\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop / Implement strategic and operational sales plan\nPrimary focus on new logo hunting\nCreate pipeline of high-value accounts\nFocus will be on new customer acquisition and winning long-term strategic customers\nLead and coordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction\nDrive focused campaigns\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nThorough understanding of dual shore business model and related win themes and value propositions\nCandidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities.
