Role: Sales Lead
As a Sales Lead, you will own the entire sales funnel and be responsible for driving closures and achieving monthly revenue targets for your assigned Experience Centre.
What You’ll Own
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates
- Drive 12–15 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey
- Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned projects
- Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality
- Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the city
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch, B.Tech, Commerce) or Master’s degree/MBA from a Tier 2 institute or above
- 4–5+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth roles
- 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a high-value consultative selling environment
- This is an individual contributor role requiring high ownership, strong intent, and sharp sales acumen
- No direct team reporting; success depends on cross-functional collaboration with designers and internal stakeholders
