You enjoy working closely with customers, rapidly building demos, solving problems on the fly, and contributing to critical product features.\n\nYou are someone who:\nLoves working directly with customers and has strong communication skills.\nCan quickly build proof-of-concepts and iterate based on real-world feedback.\nIs comfortable diving into codebases, debugging issues, and deploying solutions under tight timelines.\nHas a \"do whatever it takes\" mindset to ensure customers are successful.\nEnjoys wearing multiple hats—support, solutioning, coding, and presenting.\n\nKey Responsibilities Act as a technical bridge between customers and our engineering team.\nBuild and deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues for live customer environments.\nContribute to key feature development in our Voice AI platform (Python, APIs, integrations).\nWork closely with sales and product teams to gather requirements and provide feedback for roadmap prioritization.\nPresent technical solutions and product capabilities to customer stakeholders.\nDocument best practices and build reusable templates for faster future deployments.\n\nMandatory Qualifications 2+ years of software development experience (Python or Node.js preferred).\nSolid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and web technologies.\nComfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deploying services.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet with customers.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHighly Desired Skills Experience with Twilio, Exotel, or other telephony/communication platforms.\nExposure to frontend frameworks (React/React Native) for rapid prototyping.\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with conversational AI systems (LLMs, ASR, TTS) or chatbot platforms.\nPrevious experience in a customer-facing or solutions engineering role.\n\nWhy OmniDimension?
