Job Description

The incumbent in this role category will be responsible for account management, creating digital media campaigns strategies across the brand categories with a focus on building successful and collaborative client partnerships. Preferrably looking for someone with auto category experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on a robust digital media strategy aligned to the client's annual marketing plans and their expectations from an integrated marketing communication approach for the brand
  • Work with the Business team to create an annual digital plan for clients based on available budgets and resources
  • Oversee digital media campaign planning, execution and delivery by holding regular meetings with the team to review progress, understand challenges and ensure course correction to achieve desired results
  • Address client concerns and escalations by providing innovative solutions to ensure optimization of ongoing campaigns.
  • Assisting brands with relevant Media Plans considering the brand's objective.
  • Develop and activate media plan based on the client's brief across multiple platforms
  • Coordination with internal teams (Search, Social, Programmatic, Ops) for plans, reports and campaign optimizations ensuring proper monitoring and consistency in campaigns
  • Ensure brand KPIs are met (Reach, Leads, Conversions).
  • Evaluating new media property in best interest of client's business objective.
  • Present recommendations and way forward based on data analysis to clients
  • Meeting new vendors and researching new digital marketing innovation which suits best to clients
  • Have worked on YT, FB, Google and other branding platforms
  • Responsible for team to stay updated and certified on all proprietary tools and processes
  • Ensure participation in industry forums and awards for recognition and promotion of brand OMG India.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital planning/performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in search, social media platforms with an exposure to AI driven approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Eye for Detail and Accuracy
