Job Title: National Brand Ambassador


Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, requires a lot of travel to Delhi, Mumbai etc

CTC Range: ₹15 Lakhs Per Annum (depending on experience and current CTC)

Experience Required: 6-8 years in beverage mixology or similar role

Department: Sales

Reports To: Founder/CEO

Role Summary


This role is designed for a Mixologist at heart who wants to transition their craft into a strategic leadershipposition. At Swa Artisanal Syrups, you won’t just be \"selling\"—you will be the master architect of flavor programsfor India’s most iconic restobars and cafes. You will spend your time innovating with 100% natural ingredients,mentoring a team of mixologists, be responsible for key account growth and acting as a creative bridge to ourmarketing engine.


Key Responsibilities


1. Craft & Beverage Innovation (The Heart of the Role)


%CF; Menu Architecture: Design bespoke cocktail and mocktail programs for premium restaurants, bars and

cafe chains, using Swa’s real-fruit syrups to solve complex flavor challenges.

%CF; R&D Collaboration: Work closely with our production team in Bangalore to provide feedback on new

flavor profiles and experimental blends based on what you’re seeing behind the best bars.

%CF; Trendsetting: Act as a liquid chef, creating \"Swa Signature\" recipes that push the boundaries of

clean-label mixology (e.g., using Hibiscus or Bird's Eye Chilli in unexpected ways).


2. Strategic Account Growth (The Business of the Craft)


%CF; Consultative Partnerships: Grow the Swa footprint not by \"hard selling,\" but by showing F&B directors

how our artisanal syrups improve their drink quality, consistency, and prep time.

%CF; Key Account Management: Act as the dedicated beverage partner for high-profile accounts, ensuring

Swa stays at the core of their seasonal menus.

%CF; Value Discovery: Identify new opportunities where Swa can solve operational headaches for cafes and

bars, moving them away from artificial ingredients toward \"Swasthya\" (health) and \"Swadisht\" (taste).


3. Mentorship & Brand Advocacy


%CF; Lead Trainer: Be the \"Sensei\" to our on-ground team of mixologists. You’ll train them on advanced

techniques, presentation flair, and how to talk about flavor notes like a pro.

%CF; Industry Voice: Represent Swa at prestigious trade events and masterclasses. You’ll be the face of the

\"Clean Label\" movement, advocating for artisanal quality over synthetic concentrates.

%CF; Bar Community Building: Foster deep, authentic relationships with fellow bartenders and beverage

managers, earning their respect through technical expertise and shared craft.

4. Marketing & Creative Collaboration

%CF; Digital Storytelling: Partner with the marketing team to be the \"face and hands\" of the brand; co-create

high-quality reels, recipe tutorials, and \"pro-tip\" content that positions Swa as a leader in beverage

innovation.

%CF; Activation Strategy: Provide the creative spark for ground-level marketing activations, suggesting themes

and flavor pairings that make our event stalls and bar takeovers unmissable.

%CF; Mixology Expert: You have a strong background (6+ years) behind the bar or in beverage consulting. You

understand the chemistry of a great drink.

fruit and preservative-free ingredients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

%CF; Menu Placements: Achieve a target number of \"Swa-powered\" drinks on the permanent menus of Key


Accounts each quarter.


%CF; Account Retention & Growth: Maintain a 90%+ retention rate for Tier 1 accounts and increase their

average monthly order value through SKU expansion (upselling new flavors).

%CF; Team Proficiency: Improve the \"Demo-to-Conversion\" rate of the on-ground mixology team through

consistent training and technical assessments.

%CF; New Account Acquisition: Onboard a specific number of high-profile \"Iconic Accounts\" (signature

bars/cafes) within assigned territories to increase brand prestige.

%CF; Training Impact: Successful completion of staff training modules for 100% of newly onboarded Key

Accounts within the first 30 days of the partnership.

%CF; Marketing Contribution: Deliver a set number of high-quality recipe videos or \"mixology tips\" per monthto the marketing team for social media use. A set number of Brand Advocacy events to be conducted.
