Role Overview

We are looking for a Enterprise Sales Lead - focused on Key Categories across Financial Services, Auto , Education and Software. The Goal is to focus on Direct Clients and work with agencies to sell into SaaS + Full Funnel Outcome Media Solutions in line with global products of CJ. This role is for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and established understanding of Client domain and Lead aggregation lifecycle - the talent is able to design customer journeys, deliver CPL campaigns with precision, and rapidly scale both demand and supply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and develop a deep understanding of advertiser's corporate and marketing objectives to develop Lead Generation strategies that deliver high impact results.
  • Lead a cross functional team of Performance Marketers and work together to drive the execution of the strategy while ensuring timeliness and effectiveness of deliverables.
  • Pitch Tyroo -CJ’s products and solutions and gain adoption to meet client business goals.
  • Convey value proposition, functioning as point of escalation partners joined to advertiser programs.
  • Define platform feature and capability enhancements as a product collaborator on behalf of advertisers.
  • Grow client revenue and accurately forecast revenue growth and identify potential.
  • Develop and share best practices, content, and tools to be used by clients and/or published in Support Center, Blog, and other marketing collateral.
  • Lead collaboration with cross-departmental teams to identify and troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges.
  • Mentor Associates- coach, provide guidance, and best practices to help team members succeed at Tyroo

  • Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 8-12 years in lead generation
    • Hands-on with BFSI, Auto, or CPG Lead generation lifeycle
    • Publisher relationships across aggregators, fintech, affilates or creators.
    • Familiar with campaign tech: attribution platforms, landing page/LMS tools.
    • Analytical, operationally strong, and comfortable working lean.
    • Candidates with ability to work with Agencies as Important Partners will be important
    • Talent with prior experience selling $50,000+ Annual Contract Value of Martech Solutions will have added advantage
