About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant who wants to work closely with the finance leadership team and help build the finance function from the ground up. This role goes beyond accounting - it involves setting up processes, controls, automation, and supporting a fast-scaling global business.

You will get exposure across accounting, compliance, transfer pricing, audits, reporting, and finance operations in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global accounting and month-end closure across entities
• Handle transfer pricing documentation and intercompany reconciliations
• Lead statutory audits and coordinate with auditors
• Ensure statutory and tax compliances across India and overseas entities
• Drive P&L analysis and provide business insights
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives within finance
• Work with external accounting partners and gradually bring processes in-house
• Build scalable finance controls and reporting frameworks
• Support finance projects including fundraising, MIS, and financial analysis

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong understanding of accounting, audits, and taxation
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving approach
• Prior exposure to fintech, cross-border payments, or multi-entity setups is a plus
