Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SFCC Principal Engineer / Tech Lead to lead the

design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale eCommerce solutions. The

ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC),

Salesforce PWA Kit, and Composable/Headless Commerce Architecture, along with

proven experience in technical leadership and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of SFCC solutions.

• Drive technical decisions, engineering best practices, and code quality.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable

commerce solutions.

• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.

• Lead Agile delivery, release planning, and production support.

• Optimize application performance, Core Web Vitals (CWV), and customer

experience.

• Support multi-brand and multi-region commerce implementations.
