ABOUT THE ROLE
Virtuos Digital Limited has been a Creatio partner since 2017 — one of the earliest adopters in India — with a portfolio of successful implementations across CRM, Operations, and Service. Now, with Creatio's evolution into a leading No-Code Process Automation and CRM platform, and with Virtuos's own AIVelocity Product Suite as a powerful AI layer on top of Creatio, we are making a decisive, strategic investment in building a brand-new practice around this extraordinary platform.
As Practice Head, you will be the strategic architect and commercial engine of Virtuos's Creatio practice. You will define the go-to-market across India, activate APAC markets, and lay the foundation for Phase II expansion into EMEA and North America. You will not just sell Creatio licences — you will take purpose-built industry applications, No-Code accelerators, and AIVelocity-powered solutions to markets that have never seen anything like this from an Indian consulting partner. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability founding role for someone who understands the enterprise software market, has the commercial instincts to build a pipeline from scratch, and has the leadership presence to recruit, inspire, and develop a world-class team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and execute the Creatio practice GTM strategy across India, APAC, and Phase-II geographies; set revenue targets, partner strategy, and headcount plan.
• Own P&L for the Creatio practice; forecast pipeline, bookings, and margin monthly.
• Drive AIVelocity + Creatio go-to-market: positioning combined solutions as AI-native CRM and
No-Code platforms for enterprise clients.
• Build and lead the Creatio industry applications programme — Sales CRM, Marketing
Automation, Service Management, HR Ops, FinTech, and Operations — targeting specific
verticals with purpose-built solutions.
• Own the Creatio global partner relationship; co-develop joint GTM plans, deal registration
strategy, and partner-funded incentive programmes.
• Lead executive client engagements from discovery to signed contract: solution framing, value
quantification, commercial negotiation.
• Build the pre-sales capability: RFP/RFI responses, PoC programmes, demo scripts, and ROI
frameworks.
• Represent Virtuos at Creatio partner events, APAC technology summits, and
analyst/influencer briefings.
• Establish a talent development engine: hire senior consultants, architects, and developers
with deep Creatio expertise.
• Collaborate with CX and XX practices to integrate Creatio into broader digital transformation
engagements alongside Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Oracle.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, CRM platform leadership, or No-Code/Low-Code platform advisory.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership; prior management of a practice, regional team, or business
unit.
• Proven track record selling enterprise CRM, BPM, or No-Code platforms to India/APAC
enterprises.
• Knowledge of Creatio or comparable platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow,
Appian, Pega).
• Understanding of AI's application in CRM: lead scoring, predictive analytics, conversational AI,
workflow intelligence.
• Strong commercial acumen: subscription licensing, professional services scoping, partner
economics.
• Exceptional executive communication, C-suite presentation, and stakeholder management
skills.
• B.Tech / B.E. preferred; MBA/PGDM from a recognised institution.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
• Creatio partner-level sales or pre-sales experience.
• Exposure to No-Code/BPM market dynamics: Appian, Pega, Nintex, Mendix, OutSystems.
• APAC enterprise market knowledge; existing relationships in Singapore, ANZ, or SEA.
• Familiarity with AIVelocity or AI-layer product positioning on top of CRM platforms.
• Experience in vertical go-to-market: BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, telecom, or professional
services.
