About The Client:

Qualifications:
- (7 to 10 years) or Senior Manager (10 to 12 years)
- Experience in developing and implementing applications in ServiceNow having delivered atleast two to three implementations of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM
- Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Third Part Risk Management, Business Continuity Management and Privacy) modules.
- Having background of having ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, SecOps and VR with background in ITSM (Incident Management), ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, Orchestration), ITBM (APM, Agile, PPM), Performance Analytics, Service Portal, Application Integrations and Custom Application Development.
- Delivered or led delivery of atleast two to three ServiceNow IRM implementations including Policy and Compliance such Policies, Policy exceptions, Control Objectives, Authority Documents, Risk Assessments & Advanced Risk Management, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Controls Testing and Monitoring.
- Proven experience of implementing / configuring Business Continuity and Third-Party Risk Management in ServiceNow, including vendors / third-party integrations, integrations with external databases such as RiskLens, BitSight and UCF and others.
- Strong hands-on in basic ServiceNow platform administration, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and other server-side scripting, Custom Forms / Apps, Data Validations, Service Catalog and Transform Maps / Import Sets etc.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly) and experience with ServiceNow development tools (Studio, Flow Designer).
- Hands-on in having worked on ServiceNow integrations with third party tools such as ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server) for connecting with other systems. Should have delivered atleast two integrations.
- Should have handled discovery and managed discovery related issues/bugs.
- Understanding of Identity Access Roles and Users management in GRC systems
- Proven experience in development of Performance analytics, Indicators (Manual, Automated) reporting and dashboards
- Must have developed atleast one or more AI / ML based automation use-cases across any module in the ServiceNow platform
- Technical subject matter expertise in implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions for clients in Financial Services, Manufacturing and TMT sectors including others.
- Must have implemented ServiceNow IRM modules having worked on standard OOB and custom solution capabilities.
- Good understanding of core GRC concepts, such as Risks, Controls, Policies, and Audits with ability to present solutions to complex client problems while working on large technology implementations, client presentations and management of key stakeholders
- Demonstrates technical understanding through experience of implementing RCMs, workflows, surveys, policies, and security roles through configurations for automation of controls design effectiveness, operational effectiveness, self-assessment and through continuous controls monitoring using one of more GRC technology solutions
- Supporting Directors or Partners while developing client proposals and project plans
- Engineer (Engineer along with CISA and/or DISA certification shall be preferred)
