Job Description:
Candidate should have at least 6-15 years of Cisco Voice / Video experience and Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
• Ability to adequately discuss technical issues related to AVCN endpoints set up and troubleshooting with technicians, engineers, and vendors.
• Must have knowledge for Analysing designing and troubleshooting enterprise collaboration networks (AVCN)
• Good knowledge and understanding on Video Products including Cisco Endpoints ( Desk pro, Codec pro, Room bar, Room bar pro + etc ), Infrastructure including Cisco Call Manager, Webex Control Hub, Cisco Meeting Server.
• Responsible for providing L2 and L3+ level technical support for enterprise Cisco video/Collaboration infrastructure.
• Able to Provide Tier 2/3 support for day-to-day operational incidents of clients. Utilizes good troubleshooting skills to quickly provide quality resolutions during outage related to AVCN.
• Should have good understanding and Knowledge on CISCO Collaboration(VoIP/IP Telephony) product suites such as – CUCM , CUC, Expressways, Voice Gateways.
• Must have good Knowledge in voice/Video control protocols like SIP, H323 / Video Protocol and should be able to analyse and troubleshoot debug logs.
• Should have Knowledge and troubleshooting on Cisco Webex Meeting / Calling and control hub
• Should have knowledge on Monitoring Tools & alert troubleshooting – Splunk , wireshark,Hepic, Solar wind etc
