About The Job:
- Regional HR Manager – Employee Relations
- Contributes to our employee experience by providing regional expertise while supporting employee relations, performance management and coaching and influencing leaders.
- We're looking for candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience who can thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, evolving work environment and are excited about leading this function through change.
- Strong excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Proven experience leading and coaching managers through sensitive employment matters such as grievances, disputes, under-performance, complaints, and investigations.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the employment practices for India Market, and at the same time have proven experience figuring out how to navigate in unfamiliar areas, using past experience.
- Experience influencing and partnering with other functions to accomplish results, even when there is no direct oversight, is necessary.
- Must be comfortable with data and evolving your data and analytics capability.
- Multi-national experience and working with remote teams and time zones is a plus.
Essential Job Functions:
- Drive organizational excellence by leading Employee Relations and Workforce issues (investigations, disputes, complaints, disciplinary issues, terminations, etc.) and coach managers on under-performance approaches.
- Participates in resolving complex employee relations issues by gathering pertinent information through interviews and investigations; preparing documentation associated with employment claims; and proposing resolutions.
- Build a proactive culture of performance management by actively engaging with Managers and employees to continuously raise the bar on performance.
- Keeps current on laws, controls and regulatory requirements framework and structure.
- Adheres to legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., reporting mandates, compliance requirements).
- Oversee and administer proactive programs, procedures, and plans related to work practices and compliance.
- 7+ years for Bachelor's 5+ years for Master's Education Bachelor's required; Master's preferred
- Complex Employee Relations, including investigations, performance case management, legal case management, demonstrated expertise in local employment law practices and labor relations requirements
- Leader coaching and influencing
- Trend analysis and solution identification
- Project management skills and leading peers
- Advanced presentation skills
