We are looking for Windchill Support (L1/L2) Developer with 2-5 years' experience in Pune location.
Notice Period Immediate to 3 weeks only, 3 days office working from Yeravda Pune and 2 days' work from home.
Budget is Max 10.5LPA,

Windchill PDM Link L1/L2 Support Job Description

1. Provide first and second level support for Windchill PDM Link users.

2. Monitor system performance, user access, and daily operations.

3. Troubleshoot issues in product data management, workflows, and document versioning.

4. Handle tickets, resolve incidents, and escalate complex cases to L3/engineering teams.

5. Perform configuration checks, log analysis, and basic performance tuning.

6. Support CAD integrations and ERP connectivity within PDM Link.

7. Execute routine maintenance, patch validation, and environment monitoring.

8. Document resolutions, create knowledge base articles, and train end users.

9. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure SLA compliance.

10. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders for incident updates and service continuity.
