Influencer Marketing Manager\nDepartment: Marketing & Communications\nType: Full-Time\nLocation: Gurugram\nExperience: 4–7 Years\nReports To: Head of Marketing\n\nRole Summary:\nWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our creator and influencer engagement strategy. You will build partnerships with digital creators, education influencers, and student ambassadors to amplify the university’s brand and support admissions objectives\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-video platforms aligned with admissions cycles and brand goals.\nIdentify, evaluate, and onboard relevant creators—from macro influencers to micro/nano education and student content creators.\nManage end-to-end campaign delivery: briefing, content approval, scheduling, go-live, and post-campaign performance reporting.\nOwn the influencer marketing budget; negotiate contracts and track ROI across all partnerships.\nMaintain an influencer database tracking engagement metrics, audience demographics, and campaign outcomes.\nCoordinate campus visits and experiential content shoots with creators.\nEnsure compliance with ASCI disclosure guidelines for all influencer partnerships.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.\n4–7 years in influencer/digital marketing, preferably in education or youth-focused sectors.\nStrong knowledge of India’s creator ecosystem and influencer analytics tools (HypeAuditor, Kofluence, Qoruz, or similar).\nExcellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills in English and Hindi.\nData-driven mindset with ability to translate campaign metrics into actionable insights.
