Location: Sector 52, Gurgaon\nTimings: 8.30am-2.30pm\nSalary: Rs. 25000/-\n\nAbout Little Unicorn’s\nLittle Unicorn’s International Garderie is a premium early childhood space where creativity is not an activity—it is a way of life.\nWe believe in the “100 Languages of Children”, where art, expression, and imagination play a central role in how children think, feel, and learn.\nWe are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Art & Craft Educator who can bring our spaces to life and lead the visual expression of our curriculum.\n\nRole Overview\nThis is not a regular art teacher role.\nYou will be the Creative Force behind the school’s visual environment and art experiences —designing meaningful art activities for children, guiding teachers, and transforming the school into a vibrant, inspiring space during events and daily learning.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCurriculum & Activity Design\n\nPlan and design age-appropriate, innovative art & craft activities aligned with themes and curriculum.\nEnsure activities focus on process over product , encouraging creativity, exploration, and expression.\nIntroduce diverse materials, textures, and techniques (beyond routine crafts).\n\nTeacher Guidance & Collaboration\n\nGuide and train teachers on conducting art & craft activities effectively.\nShare creative ideas, demonstrations, and best practices.\nEnsure consistency and quality of art experiences across all classrooms.\n\nSchool Environment & Décor\n\nConceptualise and execute beautiful, meaningful school décor .\nLead décor planning for:\n\nEvents & celebrations\nCarnivals & exhibitions\nThematic installations & displays\nCreate visually rich spaces that reflect children’s work and learning journeys.\n\nCreative Innovation\n\nContinuously bring fresh, unique, and “wow” ideas to the table.\nStay updated with global early years art practices (Reggio-inspired, open-ended materials, etc.).\nElevate the school’s visual identity to a premium, international standard .\n\nWorking with Children\n\nEngage with children during activities with warmth and encouragement.\nRespect individuality and avoid over-directing outcomes.\nCelebrate children’s creativity rather than focusing on perfection.\n\nWho Should Apply\n\nBackground in Fine Arts / Art Education / Design (preferred but not mandatory).\n2–5 years of experience in art, craft, or creative roles (schools preferred).\nExceptionally creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.\nPassionate about working in an early childhood environment.\nSkilled in working with a variety of materials and large-scale décor setups.\nAbility to lead, guide, and inspire a team.\n\nWhat You’ll Get\n\nA highly creative, expressive, and joyful work environment.\nFreedom to design and bring your ideas to life.\nOpportunity to build a signature creative identity for a premium preschool.\nRecognition for your work during events, exhibitions, and showcases.\nGrowth into a Creative Head / Experience Designer role.
