The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, optimizing, and enhancing enterprise websites built on the Progress Sitefinity CMS platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.\n\nProvide ongoing support for Sitefinity-based web applications.\nAnalyse and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.\nTroubleshoot content publishing issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.\nMonitor application logs, scheduled tasks, and background jobs.\nCoordinate with infrastructure, DevOps, and hosting teams for issue resolution.\nDevelop and maintain custom widgets, modules, and templates.\nImplement enhancements using:\nCustomize page templates, layouts, and themes.\nManage personalization, workflows, and multilingual features.\nImplement content lifecycle management and approval workflows.\nSupport upgrades and patching of Sitefinity versions.
