Responsibilities:\nProvide L2 production support for Cerner Acute Inpatient Documentation (Dynamic Documentation / Dyn Doc)\nSupport Surgical, Rehab, and inpatient clinical documentation workflows\nMonitor and resolve production incidents, documentation defects, and workflow issues within SLA\nTroubleshoot issues related to PowerForms, documentation sections, templates, and clinical workflows\nPerform design, build, and configuration of Dynamic Documentation (Dyn Doc) components\nBuild and maintain PowerForms, form sections, fields, questions, rules, and form logic\nConfigure workflow‑specific documentation for surgical procedures, inpatient care, and rehabilitation\nMandatory Skills:\nEnterprise Resource Planning\nMandatory Skills Description:\nWorked on Cerner Millennium Inpatient (Acute) clinical documentation workflows, focusing on design and configuration of PowerForms and iView components. Involved in building and optimizing clinical documentation templates to support nursing, peri-operative, and inpatient workflows within PowerChart.\n\nCollaborated with clinical stakeholders (nurses, physicians) to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration using Cerner tools such as PowerForms, Event Set Hierarchy (ESH), and Bedrock.
