Senior Product Manager

Role: Senior Product Manager (SPM)\n\nJob location : Sector 48, Gurgaon\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive end-to-end ownership of key product initiatives and deliver impactful user and business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to define product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and build scalable solutions.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements to launch and post-release optimization.\nIdentify user problems and convert insights into actionable product solutions.\nDefine, track, and improve key product metrics and business outcomes.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to drive execution and timely delivery.\nConduct user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making.\nBalance business priorities, user needs, and technical trade-offs.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5–7 years of Product Management experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.\nExperience building and scaling customer-facing or platform products.\nProven ability to own product metrics and deliver measurable impact.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience working in fast-paced environments with high ownership.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in consumer internet, marketplace, SaaS, fintech, mobility, or technology products.\nFamiliarity with experimentation, analytics tools, and agile product development.
