In this role, you will be responsible for bringing concepts to life through animation, visual effects, and dynamic storytelling.\n\nThe ideal candidate has a strong foundation in classic motion design principles but is also forward-thinking, with hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI video tools to enhance workflow and creative output. Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms is a significant advantage.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nConcept to Completion: Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects, including social media ads, explainer videos, brand stories, and marketing campaigns.\nSoftware Proficiency : Execute designs primarily using Adobe After Effects , as well as Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation.\nAI Integration: Utilize **Generative AI video tools** (such as Runway, Pika, Mid-journey for video, or similar) to generate assets, explore creative concepts, or streamline post-production processes.\nAsset Management: Edit and repurpose existing video content, audio, and graphics to fit various formats and aspect ratios.\nSocial Media Focus: Collaborate with the marketing team to design content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels , YouTube Shorts , and Google Ads , ensuring adherence to platform-specific trends and best practices.\nBrand Consistency: Ensure all motion work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of visual quality.\nCollaboration: Work closely with copywriters, video editors, and Graphic designers to ensure the final product meets project goals and deadlines.\n\nPortfolio:\nA strong demo reel or portfolio showcasing your motion design work, specifically highlighting projects where you utilized After Effects and Generative AI.\n\nNice to Have:\nPassion for gaming (understanding gaming culture and visuals is a big plus ).\nFamiliarity with social media video formats and trends.
