Organization:- specialist firm providing unique data-driven business intelligence\nRole: Lead Analyst, Asset Management Analytics & Strategy\nExp - 4+ years post PG\n\nWe are hiring a Lead Analyst to support a growing Asset & Wealth Management analytics practice focused on delivering strategic insights, benchmarking, market sizing, simulation modeling, and diagnostic frameworks for global clients.\n\nThe role requires a blend of:\n• Asset / Wealth Management domain expertise\n• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills\n• Client-facing consulting capability\n• Advanced Excel and data analysis experience\n\nThe candidate will work closely with global teams and senior stakeholders to:\n• Analyze large qualitative and quantitative datasets\n• Build and enhance proprietary benchmarking and market models\n• Deliver strategic insights for Asset Management clients\n• Support client discussions and executive presentations\n• Drive customized analytics and business recommendations\n\nIdeal candidates will come from Asset Management firms, consulting firms, financial research/data firms, or analytics teams within financial institutions.\n\nPreferred experience:\n• 4 to 6 years in Asset / Wealth Management, financial analytics, strategy, benchmarking, or consulting\n• Strong understanding of investment products, AUM analytics, and market intelligence\n• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint\n• Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, VBA, Alteryx, or financial databases such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, SNL, etc.\n\nKey success traits:\n• Structured problem-solving\n• Strong communication and storytelling\n• Client management exposure\n• Ownership mindset\n• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
