Position : Technical Head – India\nLocation : Gurugram, India\nFunction : Pre-sales Support – Technical, Solar PV Inverters and BESS\nEntity : Sungrow (India) Pvt.Ltd.\nEmployment Type : Full Time\nMajor Roles & Responsibilities:\nAbility to design PV system solution including PV modules, Inverters, transformers, Switchgear, and all other accessories.\nShould have knowledge of IS, IEC and IEEE standards applicable for PV system.\nDeveloping communication and relations with GOVT bodies in renewable sector.\nParticipation in tender / pre-bid tenders to ensure our product specifications are incorporated to promote our products.\nEnsuring in all GOVT tenders our product specifications are mentioned\nMeeting with PAN India solar consultancies and educating our products, ensuring consultancies SG as preferred inverter/product supplier.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe Pre-Sales Technical team is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers in India and overseas.\nThe responsibilities of technical pre-sales include tender documentation, product demonstrations and assisting the sales team for order closure.\nAs a Technical Pre-Sales solution provider, any individual support the growth of the company, whilst strengthening your own expertise and becoming an integral part of Sungrow India.\nResponsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct customers, the Technical Pre-Sales solution provider must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technology users.\nAs a solution provider will have to provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical partners about capabilities, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities\nQualification:\nBE in Electrical and Electronics engineering\n15+ years’ experience in Design & Engineering of PV solar plants & BESS Systems\nSoftware's - PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helios3D.\nCodes & standards - IS, BS, IEC, IEEE, EN, DIN, NEC.\nKey Competencies/Job Description:\nApplication engineering/Optimization in Solar PV products like Inverters, transformers, switchgears, SCB’s, SCADA and BESS Systems.\nAbility to demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills working with technical and non-technical individuals\nExperience in BOS calculations and techno commercial evaluations.\nExperience in team leading, supervising, Decision making & Initiation.\nExperience in planning & organizing team to achieve goals.\nExperience in process improvement.
