As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of PolicyBazaar, assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nHandle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.\nProvide accurate information regarding insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy status.\nEscalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.\nMaintain customer records by updating information in the CRM system.\nEnsure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.\nMeet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.\nAbility to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.\nBasic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.\nPatience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.\nPrior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.\nFreshers and experience both can apply.\nMinimum education: Graduate.\nSalary package 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA.\n\nInterested candidates can share their resume to\nor What'sapp to 8826269231\n\nRegards,\nHR Anjali\nPolicy Bazaar\n\nWe are looking for Immediate joiners .
