Job Description
Calendar & Schedule Management\n\n* Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including internal meetings, client consultations, and appointments\n* Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts\n* Ensure all participants have necessary links, documents, and agendas in advance\n* Send reminders and follow-ups to keep schedules on track\n3. Workflow & Task Coordination\n\n* Monitor project timelines and daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met\n* Use tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com to track and update task progress\n* Maintain organized digital files, documents, and internal systems\n* Support smooth day-to-day operational workflows\n4. Administrative Support\n\n* Assist with general administrative tasks\n* Maintain accurate records of communications and activities\n* Support overall business operations\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\n* Excellent written English skills (very high priority)\n* Strong communication skills (clear, professional, empathetic)\n* Experience in admin, project coordination, or client communication roles\n* High attention to detail and accuracy\n* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities\n* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools\n* Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com)\n* Professional, reliable, and responsive\n\nUS shift\nSalary- 4-4.2 LPA
