Guest Relations Executive
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest handling, from airport pickup to departure, while coordinating all hospitality and meeting arrangements within the university.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and manage guest arrivals, including airport pickups and transportation arrangements to and from the university.\nAct as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their visit.\nEnsure smooth coordination with internal departments regarding guest meetings, schedules, and appointments.\nArrange and oversee hospitality services, including snacks, meals, refreshments, and other guest requirements.\nManage end-to-end guest experience from arrival at the university until departure.\nCoordinate with administrative and support teams to ensure all guest-related arrangements are executed efficiently.\nMaintain proper communication with guests and internal stakeholders for seamless visit management.\nHandle any urgent guest requirements or last-minute schedule changes professionally.\nEnsure high standards of hospitality and represent the university professionally.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline.\n2–4 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, front office, or coordination roles.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational and coordination abilities.\nProfessional appearance and customer-focused attitude.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.\nFamiliarity with Gurgaon and nearby locations preferred.\nProficiency in MS Office and email communication.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nExperience in educational institutions, hospitality, or corporate guest management preferred.\nImmediate joiners will be preferred.
