This role combines partner onboarding and enablement , project management , learning program analysis , and performance reporting to drive measurable learner and partner outcomes.\nThe role operates at the intersection of program delivery, learning design and partner success, ensuring high-quality implementation, strong stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple geographies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Program & Project Management\nLead end-to-end program implementation, from offering design through onboarding, execution and reporting.\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate across cross-functional teams (content, platform, operations and regional stakeholders) to ensure delivery alignment.\nManage multiple workstreams and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.\n\n2. Learning Program Implementation\nExecute deployment of digital learning programs and experiences through partners.\nDesign implementation plans to include learning content that is aligned to the global strategy and that meets market and audience needs.\nEnsure programs align with learner outcomes (engagement, completions, credentials).\n\n3.

Partner & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.\nDrive partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing operational support.\nBuild strong relationships across NPOs, educational institutions, training providers, and government entities.\nFacilitate communication, issue resolution, and continuous alignment with stakeholders.\n\n4. Performance Management & Reporting\nDefine, track and report on program KPIs (learner engagement, completions, certifications, partner performance).\nAnalyze data to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities and providing feedback.\n\n5. Training & Enablement\nEnsure enablement of partners with tools, resources, and best practices to maximize program impact.\nSupport partners so they succeed in their learning adoption and learner engagement initiatives.\n\n6.

Global Coordination\nCollaborate within a global delivery model, sharing best practices and learnings.\nAdapt execution approaches to different cultural, language, and market contexts.\n\n7.Desired Requirements:\n\nOwns end-to-end learning implementation, ensuring partner execution aligns with designed learner experience and delivers targeted engagement and conversion outcomes.\n\nRequired Competencies\nStrong project management expertise with ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.\nAbility to analyse performance data and generate actionable insights.\nUnderstanding of digital learning ecosystems, instructional design, and learning technologies.\nExperience with digital tools and platforms for learning, reporting, and KPI tracking.\nFamiliarity with domains such as AI, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, and employability skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.\nAbility to engage both operational teams and senior stakeholders.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n5+ years experience in program/project management, learning implementation, or digital transformation roles.\nExperience working with partners such as non-profit, academia, or training providers.\nExposure to global or multi-market program delivery preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in relevant field (Education, Business, Technology, or similar).\n\nNIIT is an equal-opportunity employer.
