The Finance Executive will oversee financial reporting and prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.

The role will also involve supporting financial planning processes and ensuring the financial health and efficiency of company operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounting & Financial Reporting\n Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements\n Ensure accurate accounting as per India AS / AS\n Handle general ledger scrutiny, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations\n Support finalization of books of accounts\nTaxation & Compliance\n Handle GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, notices, audits)\n Manage Income Tax computations, returns, and assessments\n Ensure timely statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, etc.)\n Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors\nAudit & Controls\n Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits\n Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries\n Support implementation and monitoring of internal controls\nMIS & Management Support\n Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards\n Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis\n Provide insights to management for decision-making\nTeam & Stakeholder Coordination\n Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants\n Guide junior team members when required\n\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\n· 2+ years of relevant post-qualification or industry experience Technical Skills\n· Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws\n· Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.)\n· Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks\n· Soft Skills\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n· Good communication and presentation skills\n· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks\n\nPreferred Skills (Good to Have)\n· Experience in industry-specific accounting (manufacturing, services, BFSI, etc.)\n· Exposure to automation, ERP implementation, or process improvements\n\nEmail: [email protected]\n\nWhat You Can Expect from Us\nAt Lattice MedTech, we value people who take ownership, think ahead, and bring purpose to their work.
