You will work closely with the founders, sales, product, and customer success teams to build scalable growth engines that drive predictable revenue growth.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong track record of scaling B2B SaaS businesses through data-driven growth strategies and building high-performing marketing teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGrowth Strategy & Revenue Ownership\nDefine and execute AiSensy's growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.\nOwn growth KPIs including marketing-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and marketing efficiency.\nDevelop and scale acquisition channels to drive predictable pipeline generation and business growth.\nIdentify new growth opportunities through experimentation, market analysis, and customer insights.\nBuild scalable growth frameworks to support the company's next phase of expansion.\n\nDemand Generation & Performance Marketing\nOwn and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and emerging platforms.\nManage and scale marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and measurable business outcomes.\nImprove lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and overall marketing ROI.\nDevelop attribution models and measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness.\nDrive landing page optimization, funnel improvements, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.\n\nWhatsApp & Lifecycle Growth\nDesign and scale WhatsApp-first acquisition, engagement, and conversion funnels.\nBuild lifecycle marketing programs across WhatsApp, email, CRM, and other customer touchpoints.\nDrive customer activation, retention, expansion, and re-engagement initiatives.\nDevelop segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion.\nCollaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to maximize customer lifecycle value.\n\nContent, SEO & Organic Growth\nBuild scalable inbound growth engines through content marketing, SEO, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives.\nImprove organic traffic, inbound lead generation, and brand authority.\nDevelop content strategies aligned with customer pain points, product adoption, and business growth goals.\nPartner with internal teams to create compelling customer stories and growth assets.\n\nAnalytics & Experimentation\nEstablish growth dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.\nAnalyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and growth efficiency.\nLead A/B testing initiatives across campaigns, landing pages, messaging, and customer journeys.\nFoster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making across the marketing team.\n\nTeam Leadership\nBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team.\nEstablish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.\nManage external agencies, partners, and vendors as needed.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.\n7–12 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing.\n3+ years of experience leading and managing marketing teams.\nProven track record of scaling customer acquisition and pipeline generation in a B2B SaaS company.\nStrong expertise in performance marketing, conversion optimization, marketing analytics, and growth experimentation.\nHands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.\nStrong understanding of SaaS growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and payback periods.\nExperience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in SaaS, MarTech, CRM, Messaging, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Automation platforms.\nExperience marketing products to SMB and Mid-Market customers.\nExperience building WhatsApp, conversational marketing, or lifecycle engagement funnels.\nExperience scaling a SaaS business
