Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.
We're seeking skilled Sitefinity CMS Specialist to provide L2/L3 production support and enhancement services under an AMS engagement model. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, optimizing, and enhancing enterprise websites built on the Progress Sitefinity CMS platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Provide ongoing support for Sitefinity-based web applications.
Analyse and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Troubleshoot content publishing issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
Monitor application logs, scheduled tasks, and background jobs.
Coordinate with infrastructure, DevOps, and hosting teams for issue resolution.
Develop and maintain custom widgets, modules, and templates.
Implement enhancements using:
Customize page templates, layouts, and themes.
Manage personalization, workflows, and multilingual features.
Implement content lifecycle management and approval workflows.
Support upgrades and patching of Sitefinity versions.
