Shift Ahead is seeking a talented NOC IT Infra Monitoring Engineer who is passionate about ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems in this 24/7 rotational role.\n\nExperience 1-3 years of relevant monitoring experience\n\nRole is for work from home and should have own working infra.\nImmediate joining required if selected\n\nShift Ahead is a growing organization of 4+ years and works with clients directly from the US, UK, Europe, etc. Our website is www.shiftahead.tech. Managed by Senior Management professionals with over 30 years in the IT/Telecom space\n\nThe candidate should Monitor, acknowledge alert on PagerDuty, Datadog and Meraki proactively and make customer and onsite team aware of it throughout the shift in a 24x7 environment.

It is remote opportunity and the working Infrastructure requirements should be taken care by the employee once selected.\n\nMust be able to communicate in English (US) fluently with Client, ISPs and Vendors for troubleshooting.\nShould be well versed with Jira ticketing tool for raising the cases to notify the alerts to onsite team\nShould be able to setup Alert in Datadog, PagerDuty Orchestration, Meraki and monitor the Whole Network environment including all the Network and Peripheral devices like WAN, APs, Routers and Switches\nShould have extensive experience in Integration and Setup up of Datadog agent in QNAP NAS, Print server Host and VM (Linux and Windows based) devices using Datadog agents\nShould have the extensive knowledge about Datadog and its collector, forwarder, apm agent and files setup\nShould have Knowledge in Setting up On/Off call Shift Setup with Escalation Policy adjustment in Pager Duty\nShould have extensive experience in PagerDuty setup with Datadog and Meraki Dashboard\nLevel-2 Troubleshooting : You will be responsible for Level-2 troubleshooting for all alerts for the Systems Support and Monitoring team.
