About the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Finance professional who will partner closely with business and leadership teams to drive financial planning, business performance management, strategic decision-making, and profitability improvement initiatives. The role requires strong financial acumen, business understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for business functions.\nAnalyze business performance, revenue trends, margins, and cost structures to provide actionable insights.\nPartner with business stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.\nPrepare and present MIS, financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports.\nMonitor key business metrics, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.\nSupport leadership with financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case analysis.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, HR, and Accounts for financial alignment.\nDrive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.\nSupport investor reporting, audits, and strategic finance projects as required.\nEnsure adherence to financial controls, compliance, and governance processes.\nEligibility Criteria\nCA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent qualification.\n3+ years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance roles.\nStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.\nStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in startup, FMCG, retail, agritech, or high-growth organizations preferred.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, track performance, and resolve financial queries.\nAdvanced Excel skills and Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an added advantage.\nStrong business acumen with problem-solving and decision-making capability.\nHigh ownership and execution-oriented mindset.\nStrong accounting and finance fundamentals.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
