Private Equity Principal (Healthcare)\n\nRocket Capital | Conifer Capital\n\nLocation : India\nCompensation :\n\nUS$100,000 per year + performance bonuses\n\nAbout the Role:\nRocket Capital is seeking a\n\nPrivate Equity Principal\n\nto help lead investments for\n\nConifer Capital , our private equity platform focused on growth equity and buyouts across Southeast Asia.\n\nThis role will focus on\n\nhealthcare investments , including healthcare services, hospitals, diagnostics, and related sectors.\n\nThe Principal will play a key role across the\n\nentire investment lifecycle\n\n— from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies.\nYou will work closely with Rocket Capital’s leadership while helping expand our investment footprint across Southeast Asia.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Lead sourcing and evaluation of private equity opportunities, with a focus on healthcare\n• Build relationships with founders, advisors, and intermediaries to develop proprietary deal flow\n• Lead financial analysis, valuation, and investment structuring\n• Coordinate and manage due diligence across multiple work streams\n• Prepare investment memoranda and present opportunities to the Investment Committee\n• Support portfolio companies on strategic growth and value creation initiatives\n\nIdeal Candidate :\n•\n\n5–10 years of experience in private equity , with experience at a PE fund preferred\n• Strong\n\nhealthcare sector coverage\n\n(e.g., hospitals, diagnostics, healthcare services)\n• Experience leading or supporting\n\nprivate equity transactions\n• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills\n• Ability to operate independently within a lean investment team\n\nPreferred:\n• Experience investing in India or Southeast Asia\n• Exposure to cross-border transactions\n\nWhat We Offer:\n• Opportunity to lead investments in a growing regional private equity platform\n• Exposure to healthcare investments across Southeast Asia\n• Direct collaboration with senior investment professionals\n• Competitive compensation with performance upside
