Location: Gurgaon\nExperience Required: Minimum 6-7 Years\nIndustry: Executive Education / EdTech\nPrograms: Executive Programs from IIMs & IITs\n\nAbout the Role -\n\n We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with strong exposure to selling Executive Education programs for working professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in inside sales & counselling, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilties -\n\nEngage with working professionals and senior executives to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable IIM/IIT programs.\nManage the entire counselling and sales lifecycle—from lead qualification, follow-up, and program explanation to enrolment closure.\nConduct structured telephonic/virtual counselling sessions with prospective learners.\nMaintain accurate data and track interactions on CRM.\nMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.\nBuild strong product knowledge across all IIM/IIT Executive Education offerings.\nCoordinate with internal program, marketing, and operations teams for smooth candidate experience.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience -\n\nMinimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in Executive Education / EdTech.\nStrong background in selling Executive programs for working professionals.\nProven experience in inside sales + academic counselling.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to handle high-volume outreach and manage a long consultative sales cycle.\nTarget-driven with strong negotiation and closure capabilities.\nProficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office
