The role is responsible for driving student acquisition, enhancing online engagement, optimizing digital channels, and maximizing ROI across all digital marketing efforts to support the university's growth objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDigital Strategy & Leadership\nDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with enrollment and branding goals.\nLead digital transformation initiatives to enhance student acquisition and engagement.\nDrive innovation through AI-powered marketing, automation, and emerging digital technologies.\nEstablish annual digital marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics.\nPerformance Marketing & Lead Generation\nLead paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.\nDrive lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization initiatives.\nMonitor campaign performance, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics.\nOptimize marketing spend to maximize admissions and revenue outcomes.\nBrand & Digital Presence\nStrengthen Chandigarh University's digital brand presence across all online channels.\nOversee website strategy, SEO, content marketing, social media, and online reputation management.\nEnsure consistent brand messaging and user experience across digital touchpoints.\nDrive engagement through innovative digital campaigns and content strategies.\nTeam & Stakeholder Management\nLead and mentor teams across Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative Design, Video Production, and Web Development.\nCollaborate with Admissions, Branding, International Affairs, Academics, and Leadership teams.\nManage agency partnerships, technology vendors, and marketing platforms.\nAnalytics & Business Intelligence\nEstablish data-driven marketing frameworks and dashboards.\nAnalyze user behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to support strategic decisions.\nPresent regular performance reports and growth recommendations to senior leadership.\nWebsite & Marketing Technology\nOversee website performance, user experience, CRO, and digital infrastructure.\nDrive adoption of CRM, marketing automation, AI tools, and analytics platforms.\nEnsure digital assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
