Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive\nLocation: Sector 49, Gurugram\nDepartment: Finance & Accounts\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to manage incoming payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoicing, tracking receivables, and coordinating with clients to resolve billing discrepancies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGenerate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner\nMonitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up for collections\nReconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments\nMaintain up-to-date records of all receivables and client interactions\nPrepare periodic AR reports, aging analysis, and collection forecasts\nCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth billing processes\nEnsure compliance with company policies and financial regulations\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities\nHandle accrued income and revenue postings in accordance with accounting standards\n\nKey Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field\n2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes\nProficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)\nGood communication and negotiation skills for client follow-ups\nHigh attention to detail and problem-solving ability\nAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounts\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in handling B2B collections\nFamiliarity with ERP systems\nStrong analytical and reporting skills\n\nKey Competencies\nAttention to Detail\nTime Management\nCommunication Skills
