Job Description
The incumbent in this role category will be responsible for account management, creating digital media campaigns strategies across the brand categories with a focus on building successful and collaborative client partnerships. Preferrably looking for someone with auto category experience.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nWork on a robust digital media strategy aligned to the client’s annual marketing plans and their expectations from an integrated marketing communication approach for the brand\nWork with the Business team to create an annual digital plan for clients based on available budgets and resources\nOversee digital media campaign planning, execution and delivery by holding regular meetings with the team to review progress, understand challenges and ensure course correction to achieve desired results\nAddress client concerns and escalations by providing innovative solutions to ensure optimization of ongoing campaigns.\nAssisting brands with relevant Media Plans considering the brand's objective.\nDevelop and activate media plan based on the client’s brief across multiple platforms\nCoordination with internal teams (Search, Social, Programmatic, Ops) for plans, reports and campaign optimizations ensuring proper monitoring and consistency in campaigns\nEnsure brand KPIs are met (Reach, Leads, Conversions).\nEvaluating new media property in best interest of client’s business objective.\nPresent recommendations and way forward based on data analysis to clients\nMeeting new vendors and researching new digital marketing innovation which suits best to clients\nHave worked on YT, FB, Google and other branding platforms\nResponsible for team to stay updated and certified on all proprietary tools and processes\nEnsure participation in industry forums and awards for recognition and promotion of brand OMG India.\n\nSkills:\n\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.\n12+ years of experience in digital planning/performance marketing.\nStrong hands-on experience in search, social media platforms with an exposure to AI driven approach.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.\nStrong communication and presentation abilities.\nEye for Detail and Accuracy
