The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet our customers needs.\n\nWith your extensive Salesforce knowledge and strong communication skills you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business units, ensuring that the Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRequirement Gathering & Analysis:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.\nAnalyze business processes and identify areas for Salesforce-based improvements.\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.\n\nDocumentation:\nCreate and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, wireframes and Functional document.\nCreate EPIC and user story structure and maintain it throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nSolution Design:\nSupport scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging industry best practices.\nRecommend and implement configurations, permissions, workflows, and third-party app integrations to meet business objectives.\nConduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to meet complex business challenges.\n\nImplementation & Configuration:\nConfigure Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud\nContribute and optimize custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.\nPartner and support developers to ensure customizations align with the functional design.\n\nTesting & Deployment:\nReview test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).\nEnsure a smooth deployment of Salesforce solutions to production.\nProvide post-deployment support to resolve issues and ensure user adoption.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration:\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in adopting Salesforce best practices.\nLead workshops, presentations, and training sessions for business users across multiple geos.\nManage client expectations and communicate project status effectively.\n\nMentorship & Knowledge Sharing:\nMentor junior consultants and share best practices within the team.\nStay updated on Salesforce releases and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.\n\nQualifications & Skills\n\nSalesforce Experience & Certifications:\n7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.\nProven experience in delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple industries.\nExpertise in Core Salesforce clouds, Sales, Service, Experience\nSalesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator , Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant , Service Cloud Consultant , FSL, or Platform App Builder are highly desirable.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configurations, and declarative tools.\nExperience with business process mapping and workflow optimization.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.\nFamiliarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and third-party apps from AppExchange.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.\nA collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.\n\nWe look forward to you joining the team.\n\nNo Recruiter please
