At Trzy, we value ownership, speed, creativity, and operational excellence.\nJob Summary\nTrzy is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive & Expense Manager to manage company expenses, vendor bills, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should be strong in Excel, experienced in handling cost sheets and expense tracking, and have good knowledge of tax compliances.\nKey Responsibilities\nCheck, verify, and reconcile cost sheets and expense reports.\nMonitor and manage day-to-day company expenses.\nPrepare MIS reports, Excel trackers, and financial summaries.\nVerify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy.\nHandle vendor bill management, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.\nMaintain accurate records of all expenses and financial transactions.\nCoordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing issues.\nEnsure timely processing and documentation of payments.\nSupport monthly closing and accounting activities.\nEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.\nAssist during audits and financial reviews.\nRequired Skills\nStrong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, MIS reporting).\nGood understanding of expense management and reconciliations.\nExperience in vendor bill management and invoice verification.\nKnowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting compliances.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.\n1–4 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts/expense management.\nExperience with accounting software is an added advantage.
