Strong practical experience with LLM tools, prompt engineering, and real-world GenAI applications is essential.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nDesign, test, and optimise LLM-driven solutions for real business use cases\nCreate, refine, and manage high-quality prompts, workflows, and agent setups\nRapidly prototype GenAI applications using existing tools, APIs, and platforms\nEvaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, bias, safety, and reliability\nStay current with new LLM models, tools, and GenAI trends, and apply them pragmatically\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to translate ideas into working AI solutions\nContinuously improve the performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of LLM usage\n\nWhat you'll need:\nStrong background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.\nExperience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.\nProven track record of publishing research or developing scalable AI systems.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).\n\nAdditional Competencies:\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
