AI/ML Engineer with Generative AI

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, end-to-end ML pipelines, and handling real-world datasets. Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is highly preferred.\nThe role involves building intelligent AI solutions, optimizing model performance, integrating APIs, and contributing to scalable AI deployments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines for real-world business applications.\nDevelop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for AI-powered applications.\nWork with structured and unstructured datasets for data processing, feature engineering, and model development.\nDevelop AI/ML solutions using Python and SQL .\nIntegrate and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.\nCreate effective prompts and workflows for AI applications using prompt engineering techniques.\nBuild AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain and/or LlamaIndex .\nImplement API integrations and support basic deployment of AI models/applications.\nWork on Agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen .\nCollaborate with engineering teams for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.\nFine-tune and improve model performance based on business requirements.\nMandatory Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in Python and SQL\nExperience with end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines\nExperience handling real-world datasets\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nHands-on experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)\nGood-to-Have Skills\nKnowledge of LLMs and Prompt Engineering\nExperience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex\nAPI integration and basic deployment knowledge\nExposure to Agentic AI ( LangGraph , AutoGen )\nExperience with MLOps concepts and cloud platforms\nModel tuning / optimization experience
