Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced New Product Development to lead and coordinate product development projects for domestic and commercial product portfolios. The role involves managing end-to-end product development, preparing technical specifications for compressors and electrical components, cost optimization, and ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with market needs and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage complete project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget, and required quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress, timelines, costs, and risks using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
• Review and approve technical documentation, certifications, and risk assessment documents for new product developments.
• Ensure product requirements related to performance, reliability, and cost are achieved while following engineering best practices.
• Provide technical support to cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Operations, Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, and PMO.
• Support supplier development, component qualification, product validation, and customer homologation activities.
• Audit and validate projects before production release to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives within product development projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering , Production Engineering , or related disciplines.
• Preferred: Post-Graduation / Certification in Project Management .

Required Skills & Knowledge

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in Product Development and Project Management
• Cost analysis and cost optimization experience
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma
• Understanding of refrigeration systems and related applications
