The ideal candidate will be a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong command of written English and the ability to craft compelling, engaging, and high-quality content that reflects the prestige and values of the institution.\nAs a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will contribute towards strengthening the school’s brand presence, enhancing audience engagement, and supporting admissions and outreach initiatives through impactful storytelling and communication strategies. If you are passionate about creativity, communication, and building meaningful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, we would be delighted to hear from you.\n\nThe Role:\nContent Creation & Storytelling\nDevelop compelling, clear, and engaging copy for websites, brochures, newsletters, presentations, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and school publications.\nCreate impactful storytelling content highlighting student achievements, faculty excellence, school events, and institutional milestones.\nWrite persuasive admissions and outreach communication materials to support enrolment growth.\n\nBrand Voice & Communication\nEnsure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all communication platforms.\nWork closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to align communication with the school’s vision and positioning.\nMaintain high editorial standards and ensure all communication reflects the premium identity of the school.\n\nDigital & Marketing Content\nDevelop content for digital campaigns, social media platforms, and online engagement initiatives.\nSupport SEO-friendly content creation for the website and digital marketing activities.\nContribute creative ideas and messaging concepts for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.\n\nEditing & Proofreading\nEdit and proofread all communication materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, clarity, and consistency.\nEnsure all published content is polished, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.\nReview content created by internal teams and external agencies where required.\n\nResearch & Collaboration\nConduct research on industry trends, competitor communication, audience preferences, and education sector developments.\nCollaborate with designers, videographers, marketing professionals, and school leadership teams for integrated campaigns and communication initiatives.\nParticipate in brainstorming and campaign planning discussions to generate innovative content ideas.\n\nInternal Communication Support\nAssist in drafting internal announcements, leadership messages, speeches, and institutional communication.\nSupport school events and initiatives with creative content and communication planning.\n\nThe Person:\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.\n3–6 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, marketing communications, branding, or a related role.\nPrior experience in education, premium brands, media, advertising, or digital marketing environments will be an advantage.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating creative writing and communication capabilities across multiple platforms\n\nPersonal Qualities:\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStrong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.\nAttention to detail with excellent editing and proofreading skills.\nAbility to adapt writing style for different audiences and communication formats.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nUnderstanding of digital content trends, SEO principles, and social media communication.\nCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and quality-oriented approach to work.
