Job Description

Key Responsibilities:\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives.\nSet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for the team.\nMonitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback.\nConduct regular coaching, training sessions, and role-playing exercises.\nDevelop outbound sales scripts, email templates, and pitch materials.\nTrack and analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights.\nWork closely with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.\nEnsure accurate and timely use of CRM tools and reporting.\nHandle escalations and support the team in closing complex deals.\nRecruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as needed.\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).\n3+ years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 1 year in Team handling.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.\nProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEnergetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
