Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ELK Developer with strong experience in AWS and Kubernetes environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and managing centralized logging and monitoring solutions using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) in cloud-native infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ELK Stack solutions for log aggregation, monitoring, and analytics.
  • Deploy and manage ELK components in Kubernetes-based environments.
  • Configure and optimize Elasticsearch clusters for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop Logstash pipelines and data ingestion mechanisms from multiple sources.
  • Configure and manage Filebeat/Beats for log collection and forwarding across distributed environments.
  • Create Kibana dashboards, visualizations, and alerts for operational monitoring.
  • Integrate ELK with AWS services such as CloudWatch, EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, and IAM.
  • Implement monitoring and observability solutions for microservices and containerized applications.
  • Troubleshoot logging, indexing, ingestion flow, and cluster performance issues.
  • Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to ensure platform reliability and observability.
  • Follow security best practices for logging and data access management.
Required Skills
  • 4–6 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to ELK Stack.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Elasticsearch
    • Logstash
    • Kibana
    • Beats/Filebeat
  • Strong hands-on operational experience with ELK Stack components, including Filebeat configuration, log ingestion flow, parsing, indexing, troubleshooting, and monitoring in Kubernetes/AWS environments.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Good hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferably EKS).
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Understanding of infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with OpenSearch/OpenSearch Dashboards.
  • Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, or Fluent Bit.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • AWS Certification or Kubernetes Certification is a plus.
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
