About The Job:
- The SLP Change Manager supports the global rollout of the Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Platform (SLP) across 62 countries. The role is focused on ensuring smooth change delivery, minimizing disruption to bp employees and around 50,000 suppliers, and coordinating readiness across multiple workstreams during deployment, cutover, and hyper-care. / Key responsibilities / Support deployment of the Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Platform across global markets
- Maintain deployment schedules and track activities against the ADO plan
- Manage dependencies across workstreams such as:
- Data migration
- Cutover
- Integration
- Training
- Drive change management activities to reduce business disruption
- Monitor stakeholder impact using defined change metrics
- Prepare governance materials including:
- Meeting agendas
- Action items
- Decision logs
- Weekly status reports
- Steering committee summaries
- Track RAG status, risks, and key project updates
- Support cutover and hyper-care planning and readiness tracking
- Coordinate supplier onboarding readiness activities, including:
- Registration
- Qualification
- Business Network linkage"
