About The Job:
- The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client support while maintaining and enhancing software solutions.
- This role focuses on utilizing Power BI, PowerShell, and Python to troubleshoot issues, develop new features, and ensure that all deliverables meet the organization's quality and cost standards.
- Maintain And Enhance Existing Power Bi Reports And Dashboards, Ensuring Data Accuracy And Relevance While Troubleshooting Any Issues That Arise During Client Usage.
- Utilize Powershell Scripts To Automate Routine Tasks And Improve Operational Efficiency, Providing Timely Resolutions To Support Requests.
- Develop And Execute Python Scripts For Data Manipulation And Analysis, Supporting The Creation Of Comprehensive Documentation For Cmmi And Client Requirements.
- Provide Technical Guidance To Junior Developers By Sharing Best Practices In Power Bi And Powershell, Fostering Skills Development And Ensuring High-Quality Deliverables.
- Monitor And Track Client Requirements, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks While Adhering To Defined Quality Standards And Addressing Ad-Hoc Requests Effectively
- Exp: 2-5 years
- Proficiency In Power Bi For Data Visualization And Reporting.
- Strong Knowledge Of Powershell For Automation And System Administration.
- Experience With Python For Data Analysis And Scripting.
- Basic Understanding Of Cmmi Documentation Standards.
- Optional But Valuable: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power Bi).
