- Role Summary / The VMO Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting stakeholders by refining requirements, driving project delivery, and ensuring accurate vendor, spend, demand, and fulfillment reporting.
- The role focuses on data integrity, reporting standardization, and identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency and support decision-making. / Key responsibilities / Partner with stakeholders such as Category teams, TRM project team, and VMO team to refine requirements
- Support project delivery using Agile methodologies
- Vendors
- Spend
- Demand
- Fulfillment
- Deliver both standard and ad-hoc management reports
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in reporting processes
- Use tools such as Power Platform and MS Excel Macros to improve reporting efficiency
- Perform monthly reconciliations across systems to ensure alignment in:
- Headcount
- Spend
- Lifecycle data
- Identify data quality issues and reporting gaps
- Help standardize reporting definitions, metrics, and templates across teams and regions"
