- The Project Manager role supports a major strategic transformation within BP’s Mobility & Convenience retail business. The position is focused on building strategic roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives with stakeholders, and driving execution of transformation programs to improve business performance. It is a 6–12 month remote assignment. / Key responsibilities / Develop the strategic roadmap for the Mobility & Convenience retail segment
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives
- Lead implementation of transformation initiatives
- Apply structured project management methodologies to execution
- Track milestones, interdependencies, and progress across workstreams
- Support business performance improvement as part of the transformation program
- Produce clear recommendations and insights from complex data
- Engage senior stakeholders and help drive decision-making"
